Monitect helps RIAs and broker-dealers centralize fragmented compliance processes into structured, audit-ready workflows. We are a team of experienced compliance and technology professionals who understand the real challenges faced by compliance teams — from managing reviews and recommendations to AML monitoring and supervisory oversight.

Our goal is to provide a practical software platform that brings structure and visibility to compliance operations, making it easier for firms to track activity, document decisions, and demonstrate diligence to regulators.

Compliance work at many firms is spread across spreadsheets, email, CRMs, notes, legacy tools, and disconnected systems. This fragmentation makes it difficult to maintain consistent documentation, track review schedules, and produce the records regulators expect.

Monitect addresses this by providing a single structured system for suitability reviews, recommendation logging, AML alert management, case tracking, and compliance reporting. Our platform is designed to be practical and customizable, so firms can tailor it to their specific regulatory requirements and operational needs.

Monitect is built by a boutique software firm with experience delivering custom systems for approximately 30 clients, including broker-dealer environments. This product brings that practical compliance workflow experience into a focused platform for RIAs and broker-dealers.
